Out-of-Network / Superbill
Don't see your insurance listed? You may still be able to use your benefits. Brezia Healing provides a superbill — an itemized receipt — that you can submit directly to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
Private Pay / Self-Pay
No insurance? Don't want to have to bill out of Network? Want to pay while you wait? No problem. Private pay clients are welcome and sliding scale spots are available for those experiencing financial hardship.

How Out-of-Network Benefits Work
Many insurance plans include out-of-network mental health benefits — meaning you may be reimbursed for a portion of your session fee even if Brezia Healing is not in your network. Here's how it works:
-
You pay your session fee at the time of service
-
Brezia Healing provides you with a superbill — an itemized receipt with all the billing codes your insurance needs
-
You submit the superbill to your insurance company
-
Your insurance reimburses you directly, based on your plan's out-of-network benefits
Before your first session, call the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card and ask: "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits for telehealth services?" and "What is my out-of-network deductible and reimbursement rate?"
Sliding Scale Availability
Brezia Healing is committed to making mental health care accessible to everyone. A limited number of reduced-fee appointment slots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale fees are based on household income and family size and are discussed privately during the consultation call. Contact us to inquire about current availability.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. All self-pay and uninsured clients at Brezia Healing will receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to their first session. If you have questions about your estimate, contact us at billing@breziahealing.com.
